On the 5th Birthday of YouTube, this is my tribute to the website that in a way changed various norms. Before YouTube the only way to embed videos in webpages was the clumsy plugins of windows media player or a java applet both of which would make the browsing slow and painful.

With the advent of YouTube the average person was able to get their ’15 minutes of fame’ as such. Well it was not always the best thing, but Youtube continues to be a very big part of entertainment online. With Ads now, YouTube might be heading towards a profitable video sharing site. I dont think I should wait too long for the top 12 videos. So here goes :
