Actually it might come as a surprise but the Indian Forensics departments are quite highly rated all over the world, including in the USA. But why are they not in the forefront ? Thats because unlike what they would like us to believe in CSI or in CID (Indian rip off) only a small percentage of the cases do actually involve using biological evidence as the info graphic would show.
